McAfee / MX Logic Whitelisting

Use this guide if the company uses McAfee Email Protection or MX Logic as its email filtering solution.

To ensure that CyberLearn phishing simulations are delivered correctly to employees’ inboxes, CyberLearn’s sender domains and IP address must be allowlisted in McAfee/MX Logic. This helps prevent test emails from being blocked, marked as spam, or delayed by the email filter.

Whitelisting is typically configured in the McAfee/MX Logic administration portal under:

Inbound Policy → Allow/Deny → Allowed Senders

Add the following CyberLearn sender domains:

cyber-detector.com
cyberlearn.cyber-detector.com
bnc3.cyber-detector.com
app-cyberlearn.com
api.app-cyberlearn.com
veriffy-center.com
user-messagee.com
access-portall.com
delivery-statuss.com
document-serviice.com
security.cyber-detector.com

Also add the following IP address as an allowed sender:

45.14.148.126

If McAfee/MX Logic supports URL allowlisting or link protection exclusions, the following CyberLearn URLs should also be allowed:

www.api.app-cyberlearn.com
www.go.cyber-detector.com

It is also recommended to check whether there are options to bypass spam filtering, content filtering, attachment policies, or link scanning for the allowed CyberLearn senders.

Purpose

The purpose of this setup is to ensure that CyberLearn phishing simulations are delivered correctly, so the company can run realistic phishing tests without the email filter affecting the results.

Once the allowlisting has been completed, a test email should be sent from CyberLearn to verify that the email is delivered correctly to the inbox and that links are not blocked.
