How to Set Up a Mail Connector
Setting up a Microsoft Mail Connector establishes a direct and secure connection between CyberLearn’s phishing simulation servers and your Microsoft 365 email environment.
This ensures that simulation emails are delivered directly to users’ inboxes, bypassing additional security layers that might otherwise block or quarantine them.
Step 1: Create the Mail Connector
- Go to the Exchange Admin Center.
- Navigate to Mail flow → Connectors.
3. Click Add a connector to begin the setup.
4. Select Partner organization from the list of connection types, and click Next to continue the setup.

5. Enter a name for the connector — for instance, CyberLearn Phishing — and then select Next to proceed.

6. Select By verifying the IP address as the method to identify the sender’s domain.
Add the following IP address to the list, selecting + after each entry to confirm:
45.14.148.126
7. Select Next, proceed by clicking Create connector, and finish the setup by choosing Done
